Continuous financial research

When seeking wealth, it is important for you to keep your knowledge of money up to date. This is how you learn the rules of the game. There are a few basic rules (spend less than you earn and save or invest the difference), and many new ones. Although it can seem like a lot to learn, if you make time to spend at least 20 minutes a week reading a good website about money, you will become more confident with your finances.

Success guru Jim Rohn says it is important to keep learning all the time, or you fall behind. Here are a few examples of sources you can research on a regular basis.

  • Books: search Amazon.co.uk for books, CDs and DVDs on personal finance and success. Also look at the Listamania lists to see what most other people recommend.

  • Learn to speed read, to get through information quickly.

  • Search You Tube videos about success and millionaires

  • Read blogs by wealthy people, such as billionaire Mark Cuban.

  • Make friends with rich and successful people and learn from them.

Wealth is a series of destinations. Continuously researching ways of handling your finances is like reading a treasure map which directs you to each destination. There is so much information out there, pointing you toward so much wealth. Continuous research is vital when seeking money.
