Winning the lottery

I won £10 on the National Lottery today! Its amazing that the year has only just started and money is already flowing to me. Gambling is never a guaranteed way to become rich, and it is not part of my strategy, but I always felt a twinge of jealousy every time I saw someone win big on the lottery. For this reason, I created an online account with the UK National lottery, and a few pounds are automatically deducted from my account every month and I don't need to think about it again. This discourages me from gambling more money, as a small fixed amount enables me to suppress my gambling instinct. I don't expect to ever become rich by gambling, but at least every time I see somebody else winning, I can say that I had a chance.
