Bankers not even qualified

The 4 main bankers called before the government for bringing the economy to its knees, had no banking qualifications! One even worked in Asda supermarket before joining the bank! Obviously they increased their skills and achieved a lot by rising so far in banking, but I still find it funny that so much money was being managed by people with so little qualifications.

Its notable that RBS paid a massive amount of money for ABN AMRO bank, once again proving that you should never buy massively expensive items.

I once went into a bank a few years ago, and asked the advisor how to become rich. She shuffled nervously in her seat and admitted she had no idea. She worked in a bank handling money all day and giving financial advice, yet she wasn't even rich herself. Another advisor in another bank looked at my monthly expenses and said "wow, I spend more than that on a night out!" Getting financial advice from a bank worker is a joke, only the top managers make the big money. Banks only want to sell you their products, and have no interest in you becoming wealthy.

Everyone thought that bankers knew what to do with money, but now we all know for sure that they were only after their own profit. Learn to look after your own finances, because ultimately nobody will do it better than you can.
