The future

My fellow money seekers, I have decided to discontinue posting on this blog for the time being, as I now need to devote all of my energies to exploiting the current economic crisis for increased financial gain. I will be looking at investing in property in America, preparing now to invest in property in the UK next year, working on starting my first business, increasing my finanicial knowledge via research.

I leave you with these following thoughts for your financial futures:

There have always been recessions, people are getting rich today, despite this.

Being a BTL property owner right now must be fantastic. The repayments will have dropped to marginal levels, yet the rents will stay high. The public perception is that BTL owners "deserve" to be punished, but the facts are that this probably will never happen. Interest rates have gone down, so it is financial harvest time for the BTL brigade.

The bankers are not being punished either, and instead are walking away with multi-million pound pensions and big bonuses.

The government is composed of rich people, and friends of the rich, who will pass laws that benefit other rich people.

You have got to be "in it to win it". As long as you are invested in something, you always have a chance of converting that to wealth.

Clearly, it is better to be rich than to be poor. Even in one of the worst financial situations the world has seen, rich people have far more economic security than poor people.

Never stop learning about wealth. Always keep expanding your horizons. Anything is possible, don't listen to the peple who say you can't do it. Keep trying and never give up.

For now, I leave you with this thought that you will probably not find wealth unless you seek it. Money will not come looking for you. It must be the other way around. You must seek money.
